The client terminated the contract on Christmas eve. What rights do i have. My contract states" Your contracted hours will be 182 per calendar month which equates to a 42-hour working week". This month i have only had 70hours work. Does this mean they only have to pay me for 70hours or do they have to pay me for 182hours as stated in the contract. I have asked my supervisor but have not had an answer.

I am ssuming they gave you one months notice so they should have paid you for the full month. If they couldn't find work for you, thats their problem, not yours.
