I was wondering if anyone here can recommend any brands catering for women? I live in London so I should be able to find somewhere but so far have been unsuccessful. Thanks in advance for any help offered.

When you say waterproof, do you mean splash-proof for puddles/rain etc or did you have something else in mind?

The reason I ask is because we do have a preferred supplier for these items and although they do not cater specifically for women, the do have a range of womens sizes.

Well, it's because I'll be working outdoors (Event Steward/Response Team/Door Supervisor) a lot. Colleagues recommended I get some waterproof shoes. I'd prefer not to mail order as my size varies. Appearance doesn't matter as long as they're smart, black, comfy and do the job. Wink Thank you. Very Happy

We have used the following for ourelves and clients.
Although they are mail order, we have never had a problem with them and items have always been delivered undamaged and promptly.

Thanks for these; I'm a size 4-5 though. Embarassed I'll have to keep on looking, I guess, although these are cheaper than I'd expected. Cool

By the way, the 2nd one down, MV30; would you allow a steward to wear those? We were told no black trainers and these look more like trainers than shoes...

Image is always important, so if something *looks* like a trainer, regardless of whether or not they actually *are* they might no present the sort of image they are looking for.
Incidentally, they will get you any size you want but the ones on the website are just they general sizes they carry lots in stock of.
My brother who is a size 13 ordered some full leather magnums are they were still delivered within 7 days.
