Theatre with bar - I manage a theatre with licensed bar which is housed within a library building. I am unable to recruit further staff so have a licensed door super to monitor the theatre/bar is it within legal parameters to then supplement this with security licensed security guards that do not enter the licensed area?

I manage a theatre with licensed bar which is housed within a library building. I am unable to recruit further staff so have a licensed door super to monitor the theatre/bar is it within legal parameters to then supplement this with security licensed security guards that do not enter the licensed area?
