I would like to keep my security officers door supervisor licenses in a secure box in the security office to prevent undeclared mis-use.
I.E injury sustained in another "employ" on a license I paid for then claiming sick pay. can anyone see issues that would prevent this? or offer some advice.

The licence belongs to the officer, not the company.
