We are preparing our first Code of Practise for mobile security personnel.
Initially this will only cover Supervisors/ Inspectors but will be extended to cover CIT and alarm response etc.
We are looking to involve members who might want to contribute to this COP and offer their own suggestions as to what should be covered.
e.g. maximum driving time before a break, maximum number of sites that should be visited per shift, maximum shift length, minimum training and equipment requirements etc.

Do I take the lack of response to this that there is no need to regulate the number of hours someone spends at the wheel and a COP is not needed?
