Following feedabck from various members who have found the sites default dark blue theme a little difficult to get used too (some text difficult to read etc) I have been developing a lighter, airier theme for use on the site which will go live sometime over the weekend.
The new theme will become the 'default' theme but for those of you who have got used too and like the darker blue theme, thiat theme will still be available to you via Your Account settings. |

Glad you like it!
Most of the blocks that appear on the main page are also collapsable so users can hide the content if they wish - I think this is about as close as I can get to allowing users control of what they want to see on the site.
The double column news in the old theme was causing some issues for a small number of users when the site was viewed on older machines or lower resolutions.
The site has also moved to a new quad processor server after a few issues with our old server provider. |
