Increase in SIA Licence fee proposed

With effect from 6th April 2007 the fee being charged by the SIA for an individual licence is set to increase from £190 to £245. The life of the licence will remain unchanged.

Thank you for your email to the SIA. Please find below our response to your enquiry.

It has not yet been decided what the cost of renewing an SIA Door Supervisor Licence will be.

However, it has recently been announced that the cost of an SIA licence may be increased to £245.00 on 06/04/07.

Government and HM Treasury accounting regulations require SIA licence fees to be set on a full-cost recovery basis.
