Do i have any rights?

When i was 16 and just left school i started work with a local security firm as my dad worked there the sites that i did where Schools,warehouse,factory,business parks and retail parks but as i was 16 the boss found out because his wife told him i was 18 she new i was 16 i worked for the firm for six months although i did not sighn a contract to work for them i still got wage slips and they where also takin National Insurance but they did not even have my NI number. As he found out that i was 16 he had to let me go he paid me for the 2 weeks which i worked however i worked 2 weeks in hand and have not received this and when the boss went on holiday his wife had me working some shifts i did three and have not been paid for these my dad also finshed working there and they did not pay him his 2 weeks in hand and another person i know that worked there is this allowed or do they have to pay you.

Was this? There is entitlement to weeks in hand and not to pay is unlawful deductions from wages but you need to let us know how long ago this was for both you and your Dad.
