Can anyone please assist, I asked my current employers about a job description and R&R, I was given a loook of horror and disbelief that I had asked the question. I believe this to be true am I correct?

Employment Rights Act 1996 - PART I EMPLOYMENT PARTICULARS
Right to statements of employment particulars -
Section 1. Para 4. Subsection (f)
"the title of the job which the employee is employed to do or a brief description of the work for which he is employed"
