Hello John
Would you please explain how the Topsites voting works?
'Votes in' is obvious but what are 'Votes out'?
Regards

Votes Out increments by one, everytime someone clicks a link to another site within the TopSites page.
So for example a visitor at Site A clicks the vote button, Site A's Vote In increments by one, when they are on the TopSite page and see another site that might interest them, if they click the link for Site B, Site B get a Vote Out increment.
Votes are only incremented if the IP address of the visitor has not already been counted to ensure each vote is from a unique visitor. |

Thanks.
Another question.
How does a visitor vote? At present only those who log in can do so.

Hm, that shouldnt be happening.
Anyone should be able to vote.
I'll do some testing!
Edited by Admin: That should be fixed now - sorry for the inconvenience. |
