Who will be considered?
To be considered for a position as one of our Forum Moderators you must have at least 1 years experience within the security industry and be a regular contributor to our forums.
What does being a Moderator entail?
Being a Forum Moderator means you have extra privileges to edit and/or delete posts from our forums as well as recommend Registered Member account deletion if they misuse the forums. Because of this, it is a very responsible position and not one we approve lightly.
You can also make 'Sticky' posts and 'Announcements' which are forum posts that are kept at the top of the posting list.
Forum Moderators also have access to their own private (invisible to normal members) forum to discuss various topics and issues that they might wish to raise.
How do I apply?
Use the Contact form on the left hand menu to send in your request.
Do not forget to include your user name.
Moderators are appointed after consultation with existing Moderators, Committee Members and the Directors. |
