Just curious as to how well/badly other people are paid. At our firm We are on the minimum wage £5.35 hr, this is irrespective of whether We do days nights or week ends, is this average, or are We just mugs? |

Depents on the local job market and the companys, in your shoes I'd look around and talk to people, try and get a couple of interviews and take from there. |

i agree with Malc it depends on what area you are in
but i have to say i thought with licensing the wages
would show a marked improvement but alas not in my area.
Maybe the amount of migrant workers who have entered the Security industry recently has also had a affect in keeping the wage rises low. |
