How much do you get paid?

Just curious as to how well/badly other people are paid. At our firm We are on the minimum wage £5.35 hr, this is irrespective of whether We do days nights or week ends, is this average, or are We just mugs?

Depents on the local job market and the companys, in your shoes I'd look around and talk to people, try and get a couple of interviews and take from there.

i agree with Malc it depends on what area you are in
but i have to say i thought with licensing the wages
would show a marked improvement but alas not in my area.
Maybe the amount of migrant workers who have entered the Security industry recently has also had a affect in keeping the wage rises low.
