And Spooky, I'd be doing practical; a colleague recommended (cn't spell it) Mu Thai boxing as well, which I'll look into. I want to get more fit and proficient in the physical side of things. I want to move onto my company's response team full time; at present I am a steward. I will be allowed to do response when my SIA badge arrives (if ever!!)
