| I work at a unit within a hospital and have found Unison very helpful, espesily when a stroppy clinical manager wanted me sacked . back peddling very quickly. |

| Depents on the local job market and the companys, in your shoes I'd look around and talk to people, try and get a couple of interviews and take from there. |

| No not a contract company to the MOD, but I am told that they do have their own guarding outfit , apart from the MOD Police, the guards are civilians. |

| Has anyone got any comments , thoughts ,knowledge, on the M.O.D Guarding setup any comments good and bad, as they have advertised localy shame the money is a bit on the low side. |
