Two security officers were tied up and threatened with sawn-off shotguns in an armed robbery at The Belfry Hotel.
Warwickshire Police said it happened at the hotel, in Lichfield Road, Wishaw, just after 0600 GMT on Sunday.
Three masked men entered security offices at the back of the building and threatened the two security officers with sawn-off shotguns.
The men then tied up the two men and stole the contents of a safe.
A police spokeswoman said it was not know how much money was in the safe.
The security fficers, who suffered cuts and bruises, managed to free themselves and raise the alarm.
Police are appealing for anyone who saw three men in a silver-coloured hatchback car in the area to contact police at Atherstone.
