Security Officer Sean Edwards, aged 21, was stabbed to death
during a row with a man in Gorton, Manchester, in August 2003.
Greater Manchester Police have said they wanted to speak to 41-year-old Alfie

born in Glasgow and lived there until 1994 when he moved to Greater Manchester,
he has lived at addresses in the Bury, Gorton and other surrounding areas.
We are aware that Blacker still has family and friends in Scotland but his
exact whereabouts are currently not known".
Mr Edwards, who lived on Glenside Avenue, Gorton with his girlfriend
and her four children, was murdered on 6 August after he intervened in a street
fight.
He was attacked at about 1945 BST and died from his injuries at Manchester
Royal Infirmary 45 minutes later. His attacker fled the scene in a white Vauxhall
car, which was found in the early hours of the following morning in Bury.
On Tuesday, Sean's parents Pamela Wimbury and Norman Edwards and his 23-year-old sister, Clare Wimbury issued a statement, in which they said Sean "loved life and would do anything for anyone".
"Since Sean was taken from us we have been totally devastated," the statement read.
'Lovely man'
"Sean was a lovely young man who was just starting to make his own way in life. He had a good steady job and enjoyed being with his girlfriend and her four children. Sean is missed every single second of every single day."
