The Guild are holding their Ordinary General Meeting on Monday October 20th 2003. Everyone is welcome but only subscribed members may vote.

Due to difficulty in the past trying to arrange a suitable time and place for members to meet at a specific venue due to shift working or other reasons, we have decided to hold this particular meeting 'online' in our chat room. If your are already a member, this is an ideal opportunity to have a say in how we run the organisation, what we do with your subscription fees etc. If you are not already a member, sadly you will not be entitled to vote during the meeting but you can still have your say, ask questions about the Guild and it might be that your idea is taken up by a subscribed member who might put your suggestion forward for voting.
